The user inputs the type of transaction, an amount and an account number by the portable telephone set. A main controller 9 stores them in a note as transaction reservation information. When the telephone number is already registered, transaction reservation is realized. When the user comes to the store, a coming monitoring device 4 identifies the telephone number that the portable telephone set periodically sends. An automatic transaction device 7 conducting transaction by a guide bulletin board 5 is designated. When the user inserts the portable telephone set into the telephone number recognition part 10 of the automatic transaction device 7, the telephone number recognition part 10 identifies the telephone number and an original is recognized by the telephone number.
