PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for electronic component inversion, which shortens the throughput of the inversion and supply of an electronic component, such as a semiconductor chi to a next stage, and improve the efficiency of the inversion and conveyance. SOLUTION: This electronic component inverting device is equipped with an inversion tray 4, which can invert semiconductor chips 11 while holding them and a storage tray 10, which faces the inversion tray 4 after the inversion and receive the semiconductor chips 11 from the inversion tray 4. Consequently, the semiconductor chips 11 can be inverted by tray units and supplied to the next stage. |
