PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system that can execute many operations in parallel at the same time. SOLUTION: A plurality of operation devices (1a or the like) repetitively transmits a synchronizing signal with an operation frame superimposed thereon. In the case of operating an operating end 34 of a desired operating end devices (3a or the like), if another operation device is not controlling the desired operating end device, the operation device transmits the operation control signal placed on an operation frame to all operating end devices and each of the other operation devices. When the control signal is addressed to its own operating end device, the operating end device receiving the control signal operates the operating end 34 the final control based on the control signal, uses a confirmation sensor 36 to sense the operating end operation information such as its operation state and an operation lock state and returns the result to each operation device. Since each operation device can control the other operating end devices other than the operating end device controlled by another operation device, the system can execute many operations in parallel at the same time.
