PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transformation method and a communication message transformation device, which reduce influence by the difference of a protocol, simplify the translation processing of a message and can miniaturize the size of software by expressing the message different in constitutions for respective communication protocols by a unified method. SOLUTION: Simple language for message analysis is defined on the message restored from a base band signal. Message constitution and the transformation rule are defined as a part of simple language. A program described by the simple language is treated as processing data of CPU software and message constitution depending on the message and a transformation rule are exchanged. Thus, message transformation which does not depend on a specified protocol is conducted.
