PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM receiver with a sufficient signal strength (CN ratio) that can extract a valid symbol signal from which a delay wave having a delay time more than a guard interval time is eliminated. SOLUTION: The OFDM receiver has autocorrelation detection means 14a, 14b that detect the autocorrelation of an OFDM modulation signal, a delay equalization means 16 that eliminates a signal component delayed more than a guard interval time of the OFDM signal on the basis of the result of detection of the autocorrelation detection means, and an OFDM demodulation means 17 that eliminates an inserted guard interval signal from an output signal of the delay equalization means to extract and demodulate a valid symbol signal.
