PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional level shift circuit where the circuit requires steady-state power consumption and is unsuitable for high- voltage switching. SOLUTION: This invention provides a structure of a level shifter, with a high-voltage drive capability and ultra-low power consumption through the adoption of dynamic charge control to the gate electrode of a high-voltage output transistor(TR). The structure can be made into an integrated circuit by the CMOS technology but no limited to the integrated circuit, and applicable to a high-voltage display driver circuit as applications of battery drive.
