PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield gasket that has a simple configuration and does not have problems in terms of production, has equivalent leakage prevention capacity for electromagnetic waves to conventional products, and has improved grounding capacity. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic shield gasket is provided with conductive cloth 100 with conductivity, a base part 200 with flexibility that is mounted to both the front and rear sides of the conductive cloth 100, and a double-sided tape 300 as a mounting means being attached to the outer surface of the base part 200. The base part 200 is provided with a front-side base part 210, that is mounted to the front side of the conductive cloth 100 and a rear-side base part 220 that is mounted to the rear side of the conductive cloth 100. Also, both the base parts 210 and 220 do not overlap each other on the front and rear sides of the conductive cloth 100.
