PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure rapid and highly efficient humidifying operation or regeneration operation of a moisture absorber in a humidity adjusting apparatus including the moisture absorber. SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture absorbing rotor (20) which strides a dehumidifying passage through which dehumidifying air 15 passes and a humidifying passage through which humidifying object air 16 passes. The humidity absorbing rotor 20 is formed by arranging a skeleton member 22 comprising a ferromagnetic on the surface of a moisture absorber 21 comprising zeolite. An induction coil 13 is provided on the humidifying passage for induction heating the skeleton member located in the vicinity of a heating section of the humidity absorbing rotor 20.
