PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stay of the water injected from a double-tube of an after burner camera inside of a test cell. SOLUTION: An after burner camera 19 is provided in an exhaust duct provided in a test cell, which is provided with an engine for combustion test, at a position in rear of an after burner of the engine. This after burner camera 19 is provided with a double-tube 13 for making the cooling water flow between an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 12 and formed with a hole 15 for injecting water in a direction of the after burner in the outer tube 11, a camera part 17 provided in the inner tube 12 so as to observe the after burner through an observation window formed in the double-tube 13, and a baffle plate 25 for changing direction of the water so as to prevent the flow of the injected water into the test cell in front to of the hole 15 of the outer tube 11.
