PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera that promotes image recording while confirming presence/absence of camera-shake in an image recording operation through a simple operation. SOLUTION: The digital camera of this invention is provided with a CCD 1, a signal processing circuit 2, an analog conversion circuit 4, an LCD 5, a semiconductor memory 7, an image processing circuit 11, a zoom circuit 12, a confirmation button 10 and a control circuit 8. When a user depresses the confirmation button 10 in a recording mode, the control circuit 8 outputs a confirmation display start command to the signal processing circuit 2. Thus, the image processing circuit 11 applies black/white conversion processing to digital recording data read from the semiconductor memory 7 to delete color information form the data and the zoom circuit 12 applies image magnification processing to display part of the image with magnification to the resulting data, the analog conversion circuit 4 converts the data into an analog image signal and the resulting analog signal is fed to the LCD 5. As a result, the LCD 5 displays a black/white magnified image from the newest image photographed by the CCD 1. |
