PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the serviceability of a system related to digital contents distribution through a network. SOLUTION: A purchaser 1a transmits information for designating digital contents and a transfer condition to a seller 3a through the network. The seller 3a reserves the network from a communication provider managing the network on the basis of the transfer condition. The seller 3a distributes the digital contents to the purchaser 1a through the network on the requested transfer condition. The seller 3a collects the charge of the digital contents including a high quality transfer fee from the purchaser 1a and pays the high quality transfer fee to the communication provider managing the network.
