PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pay detail update processing module accessing a data base, updating it and writing and calculating data even if customized table data is included. SOLUTION: A pay detail written function group updating pay detail data of a pay calculation program is provided for a pay calculation processing update module. Since the pay detail written function group is prepared in accordance with a customized state, an application program selecting and using the applied function from the group is operated and the data base is accessed. Even if customized table data is included, pay detail input work at the time of updating and registering data is set to be a necessary minimum, pay detail input work is set to be shorter than a conventional one and effect that a high speed processing can be performed is given as a result.
