PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit device, that can prevent noise from disturbing a signal due to the output voltage at an 'H' level which is normally about 2 V, and output voltage at a 'L' level is normally about 0.8 V, an output current is several milliamperes in a conventional driver circuit device, the conductance of an n-MOS for outputting both the levels is selected high, due to high speed access requirement, a large output current flows due to load capacity when the nMOS is conductive, and a voltage at a surrounding position fluctuates resulting in causing the noise. SOLUTION: This driver circuit device is provided with an input transition detection circuit 6, that detects a state change in an input signal 10.IN from an 'H' level to an 'L' level or from an 'L' level to an 'H' level to generate a one-shot pulse, a 1st driver circuit 5 with a larger conductance connected to a capacitor load 15, a 2nd additional driver circuit 5a with a small conductance, and an additional driver gate drive circuit 7 for input transition, consisting of 1st logic gates (73, 74, 75) that leads the input signal 10 to the circuit 5 according to an output of the circuit 6 and of 2nd logic gates (71, 72, 76) that leads the input signal to the circuit 6 according to the output of the circuit 6.
