The invention to a polymeric alloy and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed process for preparing the polymeric alloy by mixing in a mill or by alligation and milling consisits in mixing plasticized polyvinyl chloride or waste based on polyvinyl chloride in the mill at a temperature ranging from 40 ... 60 degree C or 40 ... 80 degree C, for 10 min, adding additives, a concentrate based on butadiene nitrile rubber milled beforehand, tetramethyl thiuram disulphide as vulcanization accelerators thereby resulting a milled sheet vulcanized by pressing, said material having a tensile strength of 8.5 Mpa. an elongation on break of 400% and a dielectric strenght of 25kV/mm for the resulting material produced by mixing or a tensile strength of 10Mpa, an elongation on break of 600% and a dielectric strength of 30 KV/mm for the material produced by alligation and milling.
