The invention relates to an automatic fire-fighting installation for houses or other enclosures. According to the invention, the automatic fire-fighting installation comprises a bimetal thin plate (1) actuating a contact (K) mounted in the supply circuit of an a.c. motor (3), which opens the discharge valve (5) by means of a magnetic coupling (4) in order to let the carbon dioxide compressed in a cylinder (6) or the water in the water-supply network system or in an overhead reservoir out.
