Medicinal set (homeomoxa) for treatment of IgE type allergies contains moxa suppositories and a homeopathic remedy for the allergy-triggering compound. The composition affects the immune system through skin contact and is applied as patches on acupuncture sites. The active compound in the patches has the same carrier as in the suppositories i.e. dried wormwood.
