摘要 The pyroelectric electronic optical transducer (EOT) contains, inside a vacuum bulb (1), an input window (2), a photocathode (3), a pyroelectric target (4) provided with slotted through holes (10) used for conduction of an electron flux and a device for registering a two-dimensional electron image (9). The input window (2) and the photocathode (3) placed on it are made of a material which is transparent with respect to infra-red (IR) radiation. Inside the pyroelectrical target (4), a continuous controling electrode (6) and a pyroelectrical layer (5) made of discrete elements are applied in tandem on a bearing dielectric film (7). On the opposite side of the bearing film (7), an absorption layer (8) made of discrete elements is also applied. A device for accent lighting (11) is arranged either inside the vacuum bulb (1) or outside thereof. In another variant of the invention, the EOT contains an autoelectronic cathode made of the material which is transparent with respect to infra-red (IR) radiation and arranged on the input window and a conductive fine detailed grid placed between the cathode and target.
