<p>A method for manufacturing spherical seamless capsules having a filling substance such as a medicine and a film material coating the filling substance, which comprises storing a film forming material in a tank at a low temperature and heating the film forming material gradually on the way of transfer to a concentric multiple nozzle to a predetermined temperature, in order to prevent the deterioration and the excessive reduction of the viscosity of the film forming material, supplying the resultant material to the concentric multiple nozzle, applying a vibration to a stream comprising the filling substance and the film forming material flowing out from the concentric multiple nozzle to cut the stream into pieces, thereby forming droplets having the filling substance in their centers and the film forming material on their exteriors, and allowing the droplets falling down gently in the state of a dispersion in a hardening liquid, to thereby harden a surface comprising the film forming material.</p> |
