<p>A multilayered film which is excellent in quality and processability and can be safely and stably produced. The film is characterized in that it comprises a substrate and, formed thereon, a polymer resin layer and a vapor-deposited film of a metal and/or a metal oxide and that at least 80 wt.% of the polymer resin layer is accounted for by a polymer of an unsaturated compound having at least two ethylene bonds and/or acetylene bonds per molecule and having neither an acrylic nor methacrylic group. The film having a vapor-deposited metal coating is usable as a packaging film having gas-barrier properties, a film for capacitors, etc.</p> |
