<p>The invention relates to a device for regenerating a particle filter of an exhaust line (18) of a diesel engine (10), comprising the following: means (14) for injecting an additive that is suitable for lowering the combustion temperature of the soot; and means for raising the temperature of the exhaust gases upstream of the particle filter (22). Said means for raising the temperature of the exhaust gases comprise: means (28) - which can be activated - for post-injecting fuel into the engine (10) in the expansion phase, for initiating post-combustion in the cylinders; a source of heat (24) which is arranged immediately upstream of the particle filter (22); and means (26) for simultaneously activating the post-injection means (28) and the heat source (24).</p> |
