The shut-off slide valve for a loose material container has at least one shut-off slide(7) and at least one opening slide(18) which slides into the outlet opening(2) in such a way that the shut-off slide seals off the outlet opening and the opening slide defines a through-flow passage(19) inside the outlet opening. The opening slide has means for form-locking connection of the container to an emptying station. With the shut-off slide located in the outlet opening, the opening slide is located outside the outlet opening, and vice versa.
