PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a titanium bolt is provided which shortens forming process and reduces a material amount wasted by using a releasing agent effectively separating a forming member from a die for forging. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a titanium bolt in which the bolt is formed by forging the forming member after installing a rod shaped forming member(1) made of titanium at a die, the method comprises the processes of coating a releasing agent on the outer circumferential surface of the forming member(1) so as to prevent the forming member(1) from being stuck to the die; installing the forming member(1) at the die and sequentially hitting it so as to form the side part(4) and the head part(5) thereof; and completing a bolt by forming screw threads on the side part(4), wherein the releasing agent comprises vehicles, inorganic pigments and solvents.
