Two-bladed kitchen knife, in which blades are connected by webs

The knife has two blades (1), connected by webs (2) and fitted in a handle (3). Being two-bladed, it can be used equally well by right-handed or left-handed people. The union is first peeled and cut into halves, then sliced by the blades. The webs also have cutting edges. They are used for cutting the disc-shaped slices produced by the two blades into dice.
