Lithium secondary cell comprises separator film (200); cathode plates (300) of determined size on one surface of the film at a uniform distance; and anode plates (400) of determined size on other surfaces of the film in positions corresponding to cathode plates. The separator film is repeatedly folded with the anode and cathode plates so that the anode and cathode plates are alternately arranged. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of a lithium secondary cell.
