The applicator etc elements (5-8) are screened and the material metered out as the operator controls the movement path and speed of the elements under remote control. Two coverings are applied notably insulating and coloring, using spray tubes as elements in containers. The signals from the TV cameras (2,3) mounted on the building (1) are passed together with the signals from the operator remote control console (10) to the processor (4) which moves the platform (20) in the three axes of the co-ordinate system (9) by drives and feed components from containers (17-19) into the mixer (13). The processor also signals the applicator elements (5-8) and valves (14-16) and so introduces the working element (11) into the screening chamber (12).
