摘要 The drive for the reciprocating yarn guide (4) at a bobbin winder, to produce cross wound bobbins (3), is controlled by a damper (B) between the drive (A) and the reciprocating yarn guide rod (5,5',5) on the alignment of the stroke movements. The stroke movements of the reciprocating yarn guide rod (5,5',5) are set at the bobbin ends periodically between max. and min. stroke lengths where there is initially a gradual reduction followed by a gradual increase. The damper (B) has a slide (8) which is operated by the drive (A) to give a max. reciprocating stroke length and a damping component (9) at the rod (5,5',5) gives an overlaid movement from the slide (8) to give a gradual reduction or increase in the stroke length taken by the yarn guide. The slide (8) has a hydraulic cylinder which is divided into two cylinder chambers (8a,8b) by the damping piston (9). The chamber vols. are varied by the feed/extraction of a hydraulic fluid at the cylinder chambers (8a,8b) on either side of the damping piston (9), to increase/decrease the stroke length of the reciprocating yarn guide rod. Both cylinder chambers (8a,8b) are linked to corresponding secondary hydraulic cylinder chambers (101,10b) containing secondary pistons (11a,11b), to give a double stroke action in alternating and opposite directions during the stroke length reduction/increase phases. The axes of the secondary cylinders (10a,10b) are parallel to each other, and are at right angles to the stroke movement of the slide (8). The secondary pistons (11a,11b) form external projecting push rods, with rollers (12a,12b) to ride along two-part guide rails (13.1,13.2) which pivot at their outer ends and come together at the center setting of the slide (8). The two guide rail sections (13.1,13.2) can be set against each other between a rest position, parallel to the movement line of the slide (8), and at an angle to each other which is <= 180 deg . The two rail sections (13.1,13.2) are set by a carrier (15) which is moved up and down under cam control. The control cam is a rotating disk (16), where an arc section of its circumference represents the rest position of the guide rails (13.1,13.2), and the eccentric arc section of the circumference controls the rail movement from the rest setting into an angular pitch against each other. The arc section covers an angle of 200-220 deg . The cam disk (16) acts on a sprung piston (19) in a hydraulic cylinder (18), which gives a hydraulic control to the positioning movements of the guide rail sections (13.1,13.2). A further hydraulic cylinder (20) is divided into two chambers (20a,20b) by a sprung piston (21), which are fed with hydraulic fluid from the first cylinder (18). The piston rod (21.1) acts on the guide rail carrier (15). A computer controlled pump reverses the hydraulic flow in the two cylinder chambers (8a,8b).
