The dispenser (1) issues strip elements (4). It has a storage chamber (3) for a stack of strips, and an issuing slide (14), the tip (16) of which acts with the first strip element of the stack via a slot (15) of width equal to the thickness of a strip. The tip of the issuing slide is made of an elastic yielding material.
