<p>The gas oven consists of a liner (6) with a cavity bounded by walls (2, 3), and a bottom box (5) containing at least one burner (50). It has an intermediate plate (4) of sheet steel between the lower wall (3) of the liner and the bottom box, made with one or more rows of holes (41) in zones (40) corresponding to the lower wall zones (30) with holes (31). The dimensions of the two sets of holes and the distance between the zones containing the holes are determined so that the products of combustion from the burner pass through the holes without making contact with the lower wall of the liner. The holes in the intermediate plate are made in zones of trapezoid section projecting towards the lower wall of the liner.</p> |
