PURPOSE: Provided is a security system in a terminating equipment of a monitoring camera, which increases convenience and definitely guarantees safety by controlling a terminating equipment of a monitoring camera from a remote distance through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring camera terminating equipment comprises a CCD camera to record an image and switch into a digital image signal, a MPEG encoding unit to encode a digital image signal inputted from the CCD camera through compressing, a LAN controller to switch the encoded image signal into LAN protocol, and a TCP/IP in/output unit to converse and transmit the switched image signal for communication. A CPU controls the CCD camera, the MPEG encoding unit, and the LAN controller and outputs a control signal after comparing and computing inputted signals. A ROM inputs and outputs a program or data for driving under the control of the CPU. A RAM saves and outputs image data inputted by the control of the CPU. A power supplying unit supplies a power source to activate image data in the RAM. A password in/output controlling unit controls a password inputted and outputted by the control of the CPU. A LCD displaying unit displays an operating state depended on driving of the watching camera terminal units. An in/output instrument allows a password through an input of a keypad or a keyboard, an establishment in hardware such as a DIP(dual in package) or an integrated circuit, or a modem through a communication interface, RS-232C.
