Each winding drum is connected with drive motor which has rotor secured on drum shaft, and stator. According to invention, each winding drum, its shaft of rotation with two bearings and corresponding drive motor from motor-drum system mounted in independent frame which carries motor stator and two bearings for alignment of shaft on which rotor is mounted. Rotary bed frame has at least two support members coupled with detachable members for alignment and fastening of motor-drum system frame in position for which axis of winding determined by bearing is parallel to central axis.
