Damper in the form of jaw lock is placed with gap relative to upper gas valve of accumulating hopper arranged under intermediate hopper. Apparatus is provided with sealed flexible cover having two mutually joined U-shaped or arc-shaped portions embracing damper with possibility for closing gap. EFFECT: simplified mounting-demounting processes of separate units of apparatus with reliable sealing of them. 3 dwg
