<p>Apparaust has a severing device supported on the reel circumference which on the one arm has a lever like a balance arm. The other arm is connected corkscrew-shaped compensation device which presses the severing device against the reel with variable force. Specifically, the severing device has conventional cutting blades arranged at a constant angle to the material reel, independent of the reel diameter.</p> |
