PURPOSE: A handle moving system is provided to prevent an accident due to drowsiness during a travel by awakening a driver via a handle moving upward and downward. CONSTITUTION: An insertion recess(11) is formed on the upper end of a steering wheel shaft(10), and a permanent magnet(12) is installed on the upper outer face of the handle shaft. An operating unit(30) moving upward and downward is installed on a column(21) of a steering wheel(20) and the upper end of the steering wheel shaft. A housing(31) is installed on the upper end of the column, and a moving piston(32) is installed on the middle of the column. A first electromagnet(33) is installed on the lower end of the housing. The first electromagnet is separated from the permanent magnet due to magnetization. A second electromagnet(34) is installed in the insertion recess. The second electromagnet pulls the column of the steering wheel. A switch unit(40) is installed between the steering wheel and the operating unit to supply power to the operating unit. An operating switch(41) is installed on the steering wheel to make a driver operate the operating unit. A jump switch(45) and a time control unit(46) are connected to a transistor(44) connected with a relay(43) via the operating switch. Upon pressing the operating switch, the moving piston repeats pulling and releasing. Then, the steering wheel moves upward and downward.
