PURPOSE: Provided is a shutter which can hang a shutter lattice of the length of extended by wind on a guide frame so that it prevents a shutter lattice from being released from a guide frame. CONSTITUTION: The shutter installation method is characterized by installing a selection length(δ) of the shutter lattice(3) to be half of variance length that is the difference between initial length(L) and maximum length(L') and binding a binding hole(5) with a bearing bound on both edges(3') of the shutter lattice that is inserted within the guide frame(1) to locate in a location as distant as the selection length from the internal edge of the guide frame.
