PURPOSE: Provided is a water soluble, non-cement based one part mortar composition, which is excellent in adhesion, durability, abrasion resistance, water resistance and constructing property, and which has fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 8-15 parts by weight of acryl emulsion, 4-8 parts by weight of water, 0.05-1 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 0.05-0.15 parts by weight of preservative and antimicrobial, 0.2-0.6 parts by weight of dispersing agent, 0.09-0.13 parts by weight of pH adjusting agent, 0.4-4 parts by weight of colorant, 10-13 parts by weight of far-infrared emitting material, 50-70 parts by weight of screening pigment, 0.4-0.5 parts by weight of anti-precipitating agent, 0.3-0.4 parts by weight of self-leveling thickener, 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of associative thickener, and 0.6-0.7 parts by weight of other additives. The above components are blended and homogeneously dispersed to provide self-leveling coat with thickness of at least 3 mm per one time.
