<p>The present invention relates to a telephone apparatus (1, 10, 20) allocated to a fixed place, with communication means (5, 22) for transmitting and receiving communication data in a communication system, receiving means (6, 30) for receiving control signals in a wireless control system transmitted from a mobile terminal, said mobile terminal being adapted to communicate data in a wireless telecommunication system different from said wireless control system, detecting means (7, 29) for detecting the reception of control signals in said wireless control system, and control means (4, 27) for controlling the diversion of communication data from said telephone apparatus to said mobile terminal or vice versa on the basis of detected control signals. Thereby, communication data as e. g. incoming phone calls either addressed to a mobile terminal or to a telephone apparatus allocated to a fixed place, e. g. a house, an apartment, a car or the like, can be diverted to one of the two telephones. <IMAGE></p> |
