PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polycarbonate membrane matrix to be applied to a polycarbonate electrolyte as a polymeric electrolyte inexpensive, safe and environmentally-friendly and having high ionic conductivity and excellent electrochemical stability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the matrix comprises (a) a process for preparing a colloidal solution by dissolving a polycarbonate represented by the general formula (wherein R is H or a 1-10C alkyl; (n) is a 50-1,000 integar), a plasticizer and a filler in a solvent, (b) a process for forming a coating layer by coating the colloidal solution on a substrate and (c) a process for obtaining the polycarbonate membrane matrix by removing the plasticizer contained in the coating layer. |
