PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric that has excellent resistance to alkali and can impart excellent impact resistance, fire resistance and post-processability to the constituent materials for building and provide a reinforcing material for wall panels using the same and the wall panel therefrom. SOLUTION: This fabric is a mesh screen that includes >=2 wt.% of carbon fibers and has the bending resistance of >=2 cm according to JIS L 1096 6.19 bending resistance A, the tensile strength of >=1,000 kgf/m and can retain the shape, even when it is heated at 70 deg.C. The reinforcing material for wall panel 20 is produced from the mesh screen and the wall panel is given by using the wall panel as the main body of the panel.
