PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject piece of shorts easily producible at low cost and directly disposable after used. SOLUTION: This piece of disposable trunks-type shorts 1 is constituted of a pair of inner sheets 2A, 2B having the top and bottom rims, back and front sides, and concave missing parts situated between the back and front sides and drawing arcs from the top rims toward the bottom rims, and of a pair of outer sheets 3A, 3B each having the top and bottom rims and back and front sides; wherein the sheet faces each of the inner sheets 2A, 2B are fixed along the parts of the back and front sides, and concave missing parts each situated near the top rims of the sheets, the sheet faces each of the inner sheets 2A, 2B and the outer sheets 3A, 3B are each fixed along the back and front sides each of the sheets 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, and elastic members 5 are attached along the top rims each of the outer sheets 3A, 3B.
