PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident by informing that the upper side rotary body of a heavy machine has approached to a worker, securely to the worker. SOLUTION: Approach sensors 51 to 54; and air blowing nozzles 61 to 64; are provided to a power shovel body 3, and the approach of the power shovel body 3 to the worker is to be informed to the worker, by blowing out the air from the air blowing nozzles 61 to 64, responding to the approach detecting operations by the approach sensors 51 to 54.
