PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment system appropriate for imparting the most appropriate force for attaching a compression air container even under any use condition without requiring any physical effort against a user. SOLUTION: In a tightening device of a belt 1 for attaching a compression air container 2 to a back 3 of a jacket or an analogous substance for an activity in water, an aerodynamic jack 9 connected to a suitable compression gas source is inserted between both ends of the belt 1 for attaching the compression air container 2. Thereby, the most appropriate tightening force for locking is imparted to the compression gas container 2 itself.
