<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase or decrease the output of a dental hand piece operated at a set value of output by manual setting means with simple- uncomplicated foot operation, as compared to the set value. SOLUTION: The output of a power source (for example, a ultrasonic vibrator 1 in case of ultrasonic scaling) is set by the manual setting means 21 and the power source is driven at a set output by a first foot switch 1 rotationally moved from side to side. The lower part of the first foot switch 1 is provided with a second foot switch 6 which is turned on by depressing the first foot switch 1. If the second foot switch 6 is depressed when the first foot switch 1 is located either right or left the output of the power source is increased or decreased a preset amount, as compared to the set output.</p> |
