PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an urging force exerted on a moving member from a spring 15 in a spring type urging device having the spring 15 with one end connected to a fixed wall side and the other end connected to the moving member. SOLUTION: One end of the spring 15 is attached to a spring device provided so as to reciprocate within a prescribed range on the fixed wall. A stopper for preventing the movement of the spring device is provided so as to retractably protrude on the way of the movement that the spring device is pulled by the moving member through the spring 15.
