PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a work for laterally arranging seedling boxes, improve the efficiency of the work, mechanize the work, facilitate the work and stabilize the work. SOLUTION: This method for arranging the seedling-raising containers, comprising supplying the seed-sowed seedling raising containers A onto a carrying means 9 moving from a high side to the low other side at a prescribed carrying rate so as to laterally arrange the plural seedling-raising containers A, carrying the seedling containers A to the other side with the carrying means 9, and forward moving the machine frame by a reaction force when the seedling-raising containers A lowered from the carrying means 9 are brought into contact with the ground surface of a crop field.
