PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock structure body and a manufacturing method of the structure body capable of saving a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A base frame 10 is formed by a middle base frame body 21 and a pair of end part base frame bodies 11 which can be coupled to front and back ends of the middle base frame body 21. A side groove 30 is formed by a side structure body 31 for an end part getting on/off portion united to the end part base frame body 11, a side structure body 32 for a middle part getting on/off portion united to the middle base frame base frame body 21, and a passenger seat part side structure body 51 laid over and united to the end part base frame body 11 and the middle base frame body 21, and coupled with the side structure body 31 for the end part getting on/off portion and the side structure body 32 for the middle part getting on/off portion. A roof structure 60 is formed by an end part roof structure body 61, a middle part roof structure body 62, and a passenger seat side structure body 71. Each structure body has a modulated panel-shaped skeleton structure, and is united to each other by a fastening tool.
