PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly and most suitably carry out cutting work just thoroughly with blade pressure by a specified unit area load against a work in using it for a long period of time by adjusting the blade pressure of a cutter to increase in a specified degree in accordance with a degree of abrasion of a knife edge. SOLUTION: A mean to control blade pressure of a cutter to put on a work in accordance with a measuring result by measuring an area of a knife edge of the cutter is provided on a cutter device to carry out working of the work by putting the knife edge on the work.
