PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast board for secondary lining on the inner surface of a tunnel which can be allocated extremely easily on the inner surface, secondary lining construction using the precast board, and working method therefor. SOLUTION: Supporting board members 11b having a plurality of slots 35 formed long in the peripheral direction of the tunnel 1 is allocated in the peripheral direction of the tunnel 1 with the intervals in the axial direction along the peripheral direction of the tunnel 1 while maintaining the intervals relative to the inner surface of the tunnel 1. A board B is supported by the supporting board member 11b with link portions 31 which are inserted and slid to the slots 35 of the supporting board portion 11b.
