PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidet capable of carefully using global resources while maintaining such merits that a constant water volume can be provided at all times and the feeling of washing is not impaired irrespective of the magnitude of water pressure. SOLUTION: This private part washing device comprises a constant flow regulating valve 123 of 500 ml/min. or less in instantaneous flow rate installed in a part of a discharging flow path discharging washing water to the private part of a human body. The device further comprises a discharge flow path 158 branched from the discharging flow path on the downstream side of the constant flow regulating valve 123 and discharging water to a toilet side, a distribution valve reducing an instantaneous flow rate discharged to the discharge flow path 158 to 250 ml/min. or less while spraying the washing water to the private part of the human body, and an instantaneous heating means 130 heating the washing water instantaneously disposed on the downstream side of the constant flow regulating valve 123 and on the upstream side of a branch point 159.
