PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor having a Helmholtz type sound absorbing device which enables improvement of a performance of intercepting floor impact sound and which can keep an excellent walking feel as a floor and further can prevent lowering of the strength of a floor finish member. SOLUTION: The double floor is provided with a void slab 10 having a hollow part 15, the floor finish member 12 disposed on the void slab 10 by the medium of support legs 11 and the Helmholtz type sound absorbing device 16 provided in the hollow part 15.
