PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an underground structure of high efficiency capable of shortening a time from road face lining to primary excavation completion as compared with the conventional method. SOLUTION: In the construction method of the underground structure 1 including a primary excavation process excavated from the neighborhood of a ground surface to a D line and a road face lining process limning the road face of the ground surface in order to construct the underground structure 1 in a rectangular area, the primary excavation process is performed after the road face lining process on outside areas E1, E2 out of the rectangular area being a work range, and the road face lining process is performed after the primary excavation process on the center part C.
